Hands on experience of configuration and maintenance of Cisco Data Technology solutions – Routing and Switching Technologies and good experience in administration & maintenance of Cisco Data solution.
* Excellent knowledge of Cisco Router, Switches, Nexus, Wireless Acess Points.
* Perform Incident Management Including Serivice Request and Restortion for Major and Critical Tickets
Hands on experience (Configuration and maintenance) on Cisco Data Products like :
Ø Good Understanding of Switching & Routing Technology
Ø Hands on experience for Cisco catalyst switching products like Cat 2900/Cat 3500/Cat 3750
Ø Hands on experience for Cisco ISR Routers 1900/2900
Ø Architecture knowledge of Cisco Catalyst Switching Products like Cat 4500/Cat 6500
Ø Cisco Routing protocol BGP, RIP, EIGRP, OSPF
Ø Knowledge of Switching STP, VLAN, HSRP,VTP
Ø Cisco AP Configuration such addition in controller etc.
Ø Monitoring of devices and report if there is any issue.
Ø Ability to work at customer site
Ø Ready to work in Shift
* Senior Technical Consultant (Onsite Resource) : Ability to handle L2 Data tickets MAC Activity / Trouble Shooting & BAU for Customer.
5 to 7 year of Related Experience in Customer Facing organization from the SI Domain
Key Spoc for
· Provide support for all WAN projects like upgrades & new installation by working with local Telecom companies and carriers like BSNL, MTNL, VSNL, TTML, Tata Indicom, Bharti Airtel etc.
· Timely testing / termination of WAN links ( MPLS Links, Point to Point Lease line & ISDN Line ) & configuration of related equipment (e.g. DLC, MUX, MDFs, etc.)
· Co-ordinate with vendors regarding Major Incident & Changes.
· Cisco Data System Configuration and Adminstration.
· Minor Incident Trouble Shooting
· Network review at per site requirement.
· Cordinate with customer site local contact for reported problem.
· Monitoring of Devices and report it if there is any issue.
· Change Management
· Knowledge management (KEDB)
· Documentation and Reporting
· Working in Shift as per Roaster.
