You collaborate, using a devops methodology, with the engineering, operations and security teams in order to:

• contribute to the development, validation and integration phases of new Cloud infrastructures, features and services

• manage and monitor the integration on the production system infrastructure

• resolve complex operational issues

You engage, if necessary, and follow up with the vendors to resolve hardware, software and security issues.

You provide support to operational incident teams during on-call.

You monitor infrastructure performance and develop plans with engineering and developers to resolve potential performance issues.

In addition you will be responsible for administration and operation of several shared networks services (DNS, TACACS, etc.) on various networks, as well as dedicated DDI solutions for some of our customers.
 

1.Cloud Hands-on expertise on:

   Redhat Openshift, Docker, Kubernetes, Rancher

   VMWare ESXi, vCenter, vRealize, vSAN, NSX-T.

   Git and Terraform (CICD)

2.Good knowledge on agility Scrum and Jira tools.

3.Networks and operating systems (Juniper is a plus, UNIX/Linux/FreeBSD Operating Systems is mandatory)

4.Network Services/Protocols

5.Deep knowledge of the following protocols:

DNS
DHCP
NTP

6.Experience with Efficient IP DDI (DNS - DHCP - IP Address Management) solutions

7.Authentication protocols

TACACS
LDAP
Active Directory
Radius

8.Programming languages (Ansible, Python and shell scripting)

9.Fluency in English – oral and written (French is a plus)
