About the role

  • Lead the execution of transformation programs under the I Use I Need help customer Journey Portfolio
  • Align the Operations, Zones, Marketing & CTIO business owners on I need help CJ vision
  • Responsible for business case
  • Responsible for projects budget and investments 
  • Responsible for program resources, governance and roadmap
  • Responsible of operations KPIs 
  • Communicate & align project progress with Customer Journey lead & GDO management board
  • Align different project’s streams on common framework, remove obstacls cross organization (resources, budget, communication. Stakeholders management)
  • Influence CTIO tooling startgey with the help of customer journey lead
  • Influence Marketing roadmap 
  • Accountable for build and execute the business long term transformation plans
  • Measurements of program ROI and Improvement plan

About you

  • 15 Years Project/Program Management experience
  • Service Management experience
  • knowledge of Orange Business Services products and solutions 
  • Deal with unclear scope and new products 
  • Manage critical discussions between business and technical stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Independent self-starter
  • B.Sc in Communication or Computer Engineering 
  • ITIL certified
