About the role

This role is essential for driving our ongoing digital transformation, with a strong focus on automation, AI-driven analytics, and advanced reporting.
Seeking someone with strong technical expertise who will be working on to enhance seamless project execution, data-driven decision-making, and customer-centric insights. Strengthening reporting, analytics, and workflow optimization will empower decision-making and operational efficiency.
 

The position is key to maintaining high-quality reporting and analytics for Customer Service Managers and customers, directly impacting customer satisfaction and retention.
 

About you

 

Core Skills

Data Science & Analytics: Expertise in machine learning, predictive analytics, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.

Automation & AI: Hands-on experience with automation tools and AI-driven solutions.

Programming & Data Management: Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, and ETL processes.

Workflow Optimization: Knowledge of business process improvement frameworks and tools.

Managerial Skills

Project Management: Experience with Agile/Scrum and technical project oversight.

Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.

Customer-Centric Skills

Customer Insights: Capability to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Strategic Thinking

Visionary Approach: Align technical solutions with long-term organizational goals.

Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to support strategic business outcomes.
