You will work in close coordination with the Scrum Master, Software Analysts, Technical Lead, and Developers to ensure that product development aligns with business objectives and delivers value.
In this Agile context, your main responsibilities will include:
Collecting and prioritizing business needs and translating them into actionable user stories.
Managing the product backlog, continuously refining and prioritizing it based on feedback, business priorities, and technical constraints.
Leading backlog refinement and sprint planning sessions, ensuring the development team has a clear and shared understanding of the expected deliverables.
Estimating the level of effort with the development team for each user story and helping identify dependencies or risks.
Defining detailed specifications and acceptance criteria to guide the design and development process.
Collaborating on technical design discussions, ensuring alignment between the business goals and the software architecture.
Validating deliverables by reviewing completed user stories, participating in functional testing, and accepting (or rejecting) features based on agreed criteria.
Facilitating collaboration between stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to ensure continuous alignment.
Contributing to DevOps-oriented delivery by preparing delivery plans, coordinating release activities, and supporting go-to-market efforts.
Providing post-delivery support, helping with incident analysis, and ensuring corrective or adaptive actions when needed.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring product coherence, delivering business value with each sprint, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
