About us

Orange Business is a network and digital integrator that understands the entire value chain of the digital world, freeing our customers to focus on the strategic initiatives that shape their business. Every day, you will collaborate with a team dedicated to providing consistent, sustainable global solutions, no matter where our customers operate. With over 30,000 employees across Asia, the Americas, Africa, and Europe, we offer a dynamic environment to develop and perfect your skills in a field filled with exciting challenges and opportunities.

About the role

Finance Partner serving Digital Technology at Orange Business: over 1,700 people across 13 countries (approximately €120m in CAPEX and €210m in contributive EBITDA).

You support operational entities in managing and optimizing their costs (operating and capital expenditures) and ensure the operational management control of the entities/activities under your responsibility.

In this capacity, your activities may include:

  • Monitoring & Analysis of personnel costs (budget reliability, price-volume variance analysis) and the capitalized labor production process (IT development activities; approximately €20m annually), in coordination with the HR teams of Digital Technology.
  • IT Project Value Analysis: As part of the cross-functional “Lean Budgeting” governance, you assist business owners and IT leaders in maximizing the value created by IT projects implemented by Digital Technology.

For the IT operational departments under your responsibility:

  • Monthly closing of accounts (for Orange SA and international legal entities), in compliance with the calendar and ensuring data reliability; analyzing major variances from the budget and from the previous year (note: team-based backup is in place).
  • Follow-up of intercompany recharges billed to the Group (approximately €12m annually) and received from the Group (approximately €140m annually).
  • Monitoring of spending commitments for the departments under your scope, supporting operational teams in managing purchase requests in accordance with current procedures and delegation rules.
  • Commissioning of fixed assets (tangible and intangible) in the Orange SA system (Shuttle).

You coordinate your work and deliverables with your teammates, and proactively contribute to improving both the performance of the entities—by identifying OPEX and CAPEX optimization levers—and our working methods.
