About the role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage contractual obligations, monitor performance and mitigate risks.
  • Assessment & qualification of the complexity of Client requirements in the request to cash area
  • Design the request to cash solution in line with this bid strategy: solution description, costing (incl. resource forecasting), texting, value proposition description
  • Lead Request to Cash activities, including solution design, service creation and vendor management.
  • Oversee program delivery for small to medium enterprise accounts, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and financial targets are met.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, coordinate project activities, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Manage P&L (profit & loss), identify upselling opportunities, and contribute to account strategy.

About you

 

Knowledge and Abilities

  • Comprehensive knowledge of OBS products, processes & tools and the associated organizations
  • Solid organizational proficiency, effective coordination, communication, presentation, synthesis, and reporting skills
  • Client-focused with good interpersonal & negotiation skills
  • Teambuilder, experienced in working with different cultures and virtual matrix teams
  • Ability to innovate and find improved ways of doing things
  • Experience with process development and optimization
  • Good industrialization spirit
  • Good understanding of the telecoms and IT industries
  • Integrating project work with Knowledge Management concepts and principles
  • Good leadership skills and ability to work effectively in demanding situations
  • Good business and financial acumen
  • Proficient in written and spoken English & German
  • Sound knowledge of the MS Office suite

Education, Qualifications, and Certifications

  • Degree in business, science, or relevant area, or equivalent relevant experience with a demonstrable commitment to self-development
  • Agile Synergy Practitioner Certification
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Optional: CMM/CMMI, PMP, PgMP, Prince2, MSP, Six Sigma certifications

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of client-facing experience in the telecom or IT industry
  • Experience in building client relationships at a strategic level
  • Experience managing geographically distributed teams
  • Proficiency in developing, documenting, and optimizing processes
  • Experience working in an international environment
