About the role

Client Executive Client Executive 

as a Client Executive for New Businessyou will lead and own sales initiatives to acquire new customers for Orange Business. In this role you will be responsible for identifying, pursuing and closing New Business opportunities on a global scale to drive revenue growth. Your expertise will help position Orange Business as a trusted partner in digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify & Develop Opportunities: Build a robust pipeline of qualified prospects through lead generation campaigns, networking, and market insights.
  • Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and craft compelling solutions.
  • Proposal & Negotiation: Lead the creation of proposals, coordinate bid teams, and negotiate complex deals to secure business.
  • Market & Industry Insights: Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to anticipate client needs.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Solution Experts, Consulting, Marketing, and Partner Teams to deliver tailored solutions and maximize customer value.

About you

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of client-facing experience in telecom, IT, or related industries
  • High self-motivated with a hunter mentality and passion for closing deals
  • Proven success in high-level corporate sales, especially Managed and/or Integration services
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on digital transformation
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage at C-level and build long-term relationships

Preferred Attributes

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive approach
  • Fluency in German and English is a must
  • Skilled in solution design and value selling
  • Familiarity with global compliance, procurement or supply chain processes
  • Ability to work effectively across multicultural and virtual teams
