Within the OINIS Division, the INFRAS/SUBMARINE department designs, deploys, operates and maintains the Group’s submarine systems.
Within the department, the Submarine Operations & Maintenance (SOM) team is responsible for the operation, maintenance and restoration of submarine cables.
Within SOM, The NA-RLO team (Network administrator & Restoration Liaison Officer) is involved in restoring submarine cable traffic, disseminating information following analysis of events affecting submarine cables (incidents, scheduled works), and administering submarine cable capacity in consortium (LION, LION2, FLY-LION3, KANAWA, ARIMAO).
