About the role

•Manage medium to large-scale projects, serving as the primary point of contact for customers.

•Facilitate collaboration among different entities within Orange Business, leading the project team to achieve efficient and timely deliverables.
•Acquire and apply project management and technical skills relevant to projects handled at OB (e.g., BVPN, SDWAN, BTIP, BES2, BVB).
•Ensure projects are managed within budget, timelines, and quality standards.
•Identify risks and implement associated action plans proactively.
•Ensure timely delivery across all regions and manage equipment availability.
•Develop and implement communication plans and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
•Collaborate with the account team to meet contractual schedules and milestones.
•Monitor and control project performance to meet delivery deadlines, flagging any budgetary deviations or constraints. OB KPI (example: NS2, NS3, Events, Frozen)
•Conduct project closures and contribute to lessons learned for continuous improvement.
•Ensure adherence to proper project management processes.
•Good knowledge of circuit costs per provider and region.
•Anticipate order complexities by understanding different LTC per region, utilizing tools such as melting bots, expresso, and webalc.
 

About you

•Course in Project Management, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
•Strong communication skills (written & spoken) in both English and French.
•Knowledge in project management tools and methodologies.
•Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•Synergy Foundation/ Practitioner is compulsory
•At least 3 years experience in Project Management
