About the role

Required to work on the overall Project and handle multiple products under the responsibility.
The candidate should demonstrate strong leadership qualities to handle a team, understand the ecosystem of the project, oversee the growth of the product and see continuous improvement in the Product.
Responsible to have a very Strong Technical background (Development of applications & Android based mobile apps) enabling to clearly lead the team towards success.
Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, Agile, DevOps and SAFE is a must.
Should be able to work in multi-cultural environment.

Ensure projects and teams are structured   in most benefitted manner for organization.

Internal structure and organization of   team.

Accountable for project deliveries within the committed QCD (Quality, Cost and deadline) for our product.

Technical governance: Able to support team in technical implementation & studies

Technical baselining

Understand well the Functional flows, user journey and continuously improve them with new use cases

Functional excellence

Ensure direct relation with key stakeholders by frequent review meetings, proactive follow ups, feedback for customer satisfaction and avoiding escalation. Ensure feedback is taken seriously and action plan in place. Also, in case of any escalation, ensure that actions are taken on the utmost priority.

Informed and happy customer (Internal and External)

Escalation is handled in timely and professional manner.

Organize regular progress reviews & other team meetings.

Seamless sharing of information and project progress.

Ensure Quality processes is understood and respected by the team members.

QMS Compliance in Internal/External audits.

Motivate team members to think out of the box and suggest innovations, be part of innovative projects, produce white papers, present POCs etc.

Number of Innovations, POCs, whitepapers coming from India lab setting a research lab environment in India.

 

What we offer

The Project Manager is responsible for leading team to deliver project(s).
Manage schedules, project budget and adhere to stage gate quality and SDLC control guidelines throughout the full systems development life cycle.
This also includes management of issues, risks and project change requests to ensure successful and on-time project delivery.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives as it relates to improving project delivery.
