About the role

At Orange Business, we are undergoing a major, cross-functional transformation to stay at the forefront of the industry. This role is key to designing and building our next-generation monitoring and Observability platform, while also managing our current solution and leading the migration strategy to the new platform. You’ll be part of a dynamic team driving innovation and shaping the future of our organization.

As a Solution integrator for monitoring and Observability , You will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end monitoring and Observability solutions, optimizing data pipelines, and enabling data-driven decision-making through real-time analytics. 

About you

Deep expertise in service assurance, particularly in Monitoring and Observability for enterprise networks.

Hands-on experience with full-stack Observability platforms, AIOps, and telemetry solutions (eg: Splunk ,MoogSoft ,ELK)

Hands-on experience with Monitoring  platforms .(eg: Ciena UAA ,Solarwinds, NNMi etc)

Strong understanding of cloud-native monitoring (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry).

Knowledge of automation frameworks for network and application monitoring.

Experience with machine learning-driven anomaly detection and predictive analytics for service assurance.

Familiarity with ITSM and incident management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Splunk ITSI).

Ability to drive integration of monitoring solutions across hybrid cloud and on-premise environments.

Develop and manage data ingestion pipelines from diverse sources: syslogs, APIs, databases, and Kafka.

Build and optimize data parsing and transformation in Observability and monitoring platform.

Define and enforce governance in monitoring and Observability platform including field naming conventions, tagging, and data models 

Establish monitoring standards, on boarding procedures, and documentation for new data sources and use cases.

Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirement analysis to deployment, and ensure proper documentation.

Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business requirements.

SAFe understanding is required to ensure familiarity with agile frameworks.

Familiarity with portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, Microsoft Project).

Preferred to have certification in Observability platform like Splunk Core Certified Power User / Admin.

Preferred to have certification in Monitoring platform like UAA Network Administrator / SolarWinds NPM .

You should possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities that empower you to assess complex situations critically and make informed, decisions that drive project success.
