About the role

Traitement des commandes selon les processus et SLAs
Traiter les sollicitations et les réclamations liées à la livraison et à la facturation en garantissant une 
expérience incomparable à nos clients
Participer au contrôle des flottes mobiles
Assurer la satisfaction client
Prise d’appel
Contribue à la boucle d’amélioration continue
Assurer la promotion de nos services digitaux au client
Coopérer et savoir travailler en transverse
Création de la valeur à chaque contact client et pilote du parcours client omnicanal (mail, appel, web)
Être autonome, savoir s’adapter et faire preuve d’agilité

Bonne gestion de la relation client

Traiter les tâches selon les processus prédéfinis
Attitude proactive, motivée et déterminée
Flexibilité en termes d’heures de travail
Capacité à travailler sous pression et sur plusieurs tâches
