About the role

As part of the Quality of Service (QOS) organization within Digital Technology, the Service Catalog & Process team plays a central role in building and maintaining the Corporate Digital Service Catalog and driving process excellence. Our mission is to ensure consistent service definitions, high-quality data, and streamlined processes that enable the effective management and delivery of Digital Corporate services across Orange Business. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow within a high-visibility team at the heart of Orange Business’s digital transformation.

Your Role

As a Service Process Manager, you will design, implement, and improve processes supporting the Digital Corporate Service Catalog and related governance activities. You will work transversally with other teams and entities, ensuring that services are well-defined, properly supported, and continuously improved.

 

About you

 

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5 years in IT, Quality assurance, Process management or Project management roles.
  • Strong customer orientation with a focus on service quality.
  • Proactive& visionary mindset, able to coordinate between multible teams in different locations.
  • Strong project management skills: prioritization, time management, and multitasking.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken), French is a big plus.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis abilities.
  • Knowledge in Incident Management processes.
  • Understanding of Orange Business organization and ecosystem.
