About the role

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders (Sales, Sourcing, Marketing, Legal, etc.) to gather requirements for IT systems, integrations, and process automation.

Analyze business needs for PEGA-based tools and work with analysts and system architects to design innovative solutions.

Conduct technical analysis of PEGA applications in coordination with business and IT stakeholders.

Prepare impact analysis reports, solution recommendations, and executive briefings.

Identify and manage dependencies on external systems across IT departments.

Produce key project deliverables, including solution proposals, UAT plans, and dependency matrices.

Work with project managers or clients to clarify requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Functionally design software solutions or reports per client requirements.

Create schedules, respond to ad-hoc information requests, and automate reporting wherever possible.

Test applications to ensure they meet business and technical needs.

Support implementation and rollout of final solutions.

Guide development teams, groom the product backlog, and prioritize business requirements.

Own projects end-to-end, coordinating with business and cross-functional teams.

Refine initial business requests into development-ready requirements.

Troubleshoot end-user issues when needed.

Propose innovative, practical solutions to real-world business problems.

About you

Actively participate in the full lifecycle of large-scale IT projects, from requirements gathering to solution implementation.

Define and secure business buy-in for technical solutions.

Support all analysis and design activities in close collaboration with development, testing, and business teams.

Prioritize requirements based on business value.

Work with Agile development teams and take requirement-related decisions as a Product Owner when needed.

Continuously groom the product backlog.
