About the role

Within the Sales Technology/Ordering domain, as the Digital Ordering team manager, you will play a strategic and operational role at the heart of IT transformations.

You manage French and international teams in charge of Ordering applications on French scope (INDIGO, TULIP, SATIN, INCA…)

Your main missions will include:

  • You supervise and support team leaders and team members, ensuring their professional development and the consolidation of their key skills, in line with the field's strategy and innovation.
  • You ensure optimal management of internal and external resources, aligning strategic priorities with operational constraints
  • You build and follow the entity budget
  • You promote collaborative dynamics and maintain strong cohesion within the team
  • You give meaning to the strategy, carry the entity's messages and promote openness to strengthen everyone's commitment.
  • You will collaborate with other teams and programs within the department to define and implement departmental and management objectives.
  • You will collaborate with other management teams, portfolios, and business units to propose areas for business development.

About you

To succeed in this role, you possess the following qualities and skills:

  • Proven managerial experience: You have significant experience managing cross-functional teams or projects, ideally in complex and innovative environments.
  • Strategic vision and operational execution: You are able to define a clear roadmap, aligned with strategic priorities, and ensure its effective implementation.
  • Collaborative leadership: You know how to unite stakeholders around a common vision, by establishing lasting relationships of trust.
  • Structuring and Organization: You excel at managing priorities and organizing actions in complex technical and strategic environments.
  • Teamwork: You enjoy working collaboratively, whether within your team or in broader groups (department, management, country, etc.).
  • Methodology: you are experienced in the practice of the Agile method, notably SAFE.
  • Comfortable with French and international English
  • User experience focused, improving usage, quality and satisfaction
