• Lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications with an emphasis on Angular/React for the front end.
• Define coding standards, architectural guidelines, and best practices for the team.
• Introduce new tools, frameworks, and processes to improve productivity, code quality, and scalability.

• Develop user-friendly, responsive, and performant front-end applications using Angular.
• Build and maintain robust back-end services and APIs (Node.js, or Java preferred).
• Manage relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
• Ensure code quality through automated testing, code reviews, and CI/CD integration.

• Mentor and coach engineers, fostering continuous learning and growth.
• Partner with product managers, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to define technical requirements.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and technical discussions.
• Serve as the escalation point for complex technical challenges.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical leadership or lead developer role.

• Front-end expertise: Advanced Angular (v10+), RxJS, TypeScript, NgRx (or similar state management).
• Back-end experience: Node.js, or Java (RESTful APIs, GraphQL a plus).
• Databases: SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).
• DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Strong knowledge of microservices, modular architecture, and scalable systems.
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Karma, Cypress).
