To help fuel and manage this growth in the APAC region, we’re looking for someone to join our APAC Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist that is responsible for the identification and acquisition of finding the exceptional talent across multiple APAC countries.

Responsibilities

 

  • Responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process. Source, recruit, interview, and close professionals across a range of Sales, Presales, cloud, IoT and Security talent, etc…
  • Develop outstanding sourcing strategies, including social networking and direct sourcing, resulting in pipelines that meet ambitious hiring goals
  • Engage applicants from the screening process through candidate shortlisting, and ensure an outstanding candidate experience
  • Working effectively with peers and managers across the company and manage multiple functions/BUs/countries to ensure the selection process results in quality hires. Meeting regularly with managers to understand growth plans and recommend effective and tailored recruiting strategies.
  • Uses data and metrics, and an understanding of the long-term business requirements, to advise a division, set of countries, or subsidiary on the implications of talent gaps.
  • Presents and frames information in a way that speaks to the business needs and influences stakeholders to embrace differentiated and alternative types of talent (e.g., compete, diverse, non-traditional) that may not be typically considered.

About you

  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years recruiting experience
  • Understanding and knowledge of APAC talent market specially Malaysia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Korea and Japan. 
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent professional work experience
  • Successful track record filling complex positions
  • Executive presence with a demonstrable track record of building and maintaining partnerships with our leadership team
  • Highly versed in today's sourcing tools strategies, inclusive of advanced Boolean & X-ray searches.
  • Results-driven with a tenacious mentality to multi-task in an agile, deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to foresee strategic business needs and talent markets in developing recruitment strategies, programs, and tools in support of strategic objectives
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent in business English language.
