• Building Data repository & management System

• Referring the Data repository, information performing Data analysis & business intelligence, Messaging with analysis 
• Identifying & tracking areas for improvement - Automation, capacity, SLA, Efficiencies.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions e.g. business opportunities & renewals
• Transversal & Centralize views of all Operational & maintenance Program.
• MIS and SLM reporting/dashboards as part of Contract & Compliance for Customers, Internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather detailed business requirements.
• Develop and document business process models to illustrate current and future states.
• Propose and design technical and process solutions that meet business needs and objectives.
• Communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and executives.

• Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, International Relations, Computer Science, or Engineering.
• 3 – 4 years of work experience in Data & Business analytics with high volume & complex environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal & presentations skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Finance and Accounting understanding, including data analysis and business case analysis
