About the role

As the HR Specialist is responsible for providing end-to-end payroll support for India and other APAC countries, ensuring accurate and error-free payroll processing. You will also support various HR operations, including payroll, benefits, and employee queries, to ensure smooth HR service delivery.

Key Result Areas

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and efficiently.
  • Support and review payroll inputs prepared by the HRSSC team, suggesting improvements for automation and process efficiency.
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, income tax, deductions, F&F settlements, and benefits.
  • Manage distribution and administration of physical Sodexo cards and Pluxee.
  • Validate and process vendor invoices.
  • Procure and manage inventory for new joiner kits and welcome goodies.
  • Facilitate new joiners’ PRAN account creation and mapping for NPS benefits.
  • Activate Practo teleconsultation accounts for new joiners each month.
  • Manage employee queries related to PF, including withdrawals, transfers, KYC updates, and corrections.
  • Support payroll processing for car lease deductions and documentation.
  • Assist with payroll activities for other APAC countries as needed.
  • Support additional payroll and benefits-related tasks as required by the business.

About you

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree and have 8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access, with knowledge of HR tools like PIMS, AMS, Performance, and CRM systems.
  • You have excellent communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English.
  • You thrive in team environments and adopt a customer-centric approach.
  • You are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of following through with minimal supervision.
  • You are prompt, agile, adaptable, smart, and dynamic, always ready to respond quickly to changing needs.
