About the role

Mission:


Provide support to operational teams in the cloud domain for managing complex requests, understanding and analyzing business practices (processes, IT systems, offerings, operating procedures, or relational approaches), all within a context of high heterogeneity, domain integration (IT, Networks, Security), and continuous interactions with internal and/or external stakeholders.

  • Ensure close support for operational teams (directly or through leveraging your network) and proactively facilitate business activities.
  • Participate in real-time expertise or handle complex cases (internal or external clients) to support operational teams, coordinating various stakeholders as needed (across all customer journey functions).
  • Identify recurring difficulties or malfunctions, analyze them, and initiate improvement actions.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement loop of processes and IT systems, acting as an interface between operational teams and business/IT management, and support knowledge sharing by communicating results with peers.
  • Define and implement business support actions individually or collectively (IT skills, processes, technologies, relational approaches, etc.) in collaboration with the manager, contributing to follow-up and evaluation.

About you

Qualifications:

  • University degree (preferably in Linux, Cloud, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering).

Excellent Communication Skills:

  • Full command of English and French, both written and spoken.

Technical Knowledge and Skills:

  • Good knowledge of networks, Linux, and the Cloud environment.
  • Excellent command of the Windows operating system.
  • Good knowledge of PC applications and their functionality.

Ability to Follow Defined Processes:

  • Ensure rigorous adherence to established procedures.

Professional Experience:

  • 24 months of experience in a Cloud/Linux technical support role is a plus.

Professional Certifications:

  • CCNA, Linux, or equivalent Cloud certifications.

Other Skills:

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility regarding working hours.
  • Strong motivation for continuous learning and expanding professional skills.
