TSC Responsibilities:
Manage incidents reported by clients (handling calls, opening a case file, communicating with various teams) within the framework of SLAs.
Analyze these issues and resolve them using available tools and processes.
Participate in the evolution of processes, taking into account client requirements.
Work in close collaboration with the team located in France.
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with a focus on Computer Networks, Telecommunications, and Information Systems.
Proficient in French and English (both written and spoken).
Excellent customer-oriented skills.
Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
Strong time management, organizational, and communication skills.
Proactive, autonomous, and determined.
Ability to build relationships with a team located outside of Mauritius.
