About the role

Mission / Role purpose

  • AOM PM is accountable & responsible for overall project management. He/she is held accountable for making success out of optimization projects he/she is working on.
  • AOM PM is to manage single complex project/program or multiple moderately complex projects/programs
  • AOM PM is to manage several projects in parallel as per his/her workload capacity and is accountable for their successful on time delivery.
  • The AOM PM activities are part of the Service Transition Change Management activities within the Service Transition lifecycle of optimization activates and are applied to all types of network services.
  • The AOM PM is to have deep understanding of the industry and network technology deployed for different services operating for our customer, as well as a broad experience with the Orange Business Services environment components, processes & procedures.
  • communicating and involved in acquiring the HQ Customer go ahead in order to proceed with project activitie
  • Project data validation, resources planning, resources negotiations with other teams, order role assignment of the concerned team in the Service Transition provisioning systems, and communication of these resources to all involved actors (stakeholders) in  this project.
  • Project progress reporting to project stakeholders including reporting to diamond HQ customers for their impacted sites
  • Keeping PPRT (project progress reporting tool) up to date with project progress data at least every two weeks.
  • proactively manage the end-to-end implementation of the technical migration to ensure that all components are delivered in accordance with the implementation plan and schedule

About you

Experience

  • Fluent in English
  • German is a must
  • 3 to 5 years experience in delivery management of service towards multi-national corporations
  • Solid understanding of Orange Business Services solutions
  • Extensive expertise of Orange Business Services tools and systems
  • Understanding of corporate governance within complex organizations
  • Knowledge of Troubleshooting techniques & procedures
  • Good knowledge of vendors and telecom market (preferably worldwide)
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • PMP is a plus
  • CCNA is a plus

Knowledge and Abilities

¦    Communicate, organize conference calls for stakeholders/customer meetings as needed
¦    Organize, plan and manage by himself/herself the migration of standard & non standard  services
¦    Organize, plan and manage the delivery of medium to complex projects.
¦    Understand network architecture and components
¦    Work well in a virtual team environment.
