Recognizing that our collective strength stems from the diversity and expertise of the consultants and experts we recruit, we are seeking an engineer dedicated to OT Security to support our ongoing development. 
This role will be situated within our specialized "OT Security Team," focused on industrial cybersecurity. Directly reporting to our Operational Trust Solutions Division, our unit consists of approximately ten team members who embody a robust intrapreneurial culture, empowering everyone to work autonomously while upholding our team values: a results-driven mindset, collaboration, and compassion.
Our primary responsibility is to deliver and manage Security Services within the OT domain for our clients. This includes configuring, setting up, and installing our solutions, as well as overseeing their operation on-site, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon deliverables, schedules, and budgetary constraints.

You are responsible for steering the project(s) under your supervision, ensuring that all aspects of project management, including budget, scope, schedule, and quality, are effectively integrated. As the key liaison for all stakeholders, your role entails overseeing the project's execution, maintaining its smooth progression, and ultimately ensuring client satisfaction.

Your duties include:

• Planning and Implementation: Developing project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation. Coordinating the implementation of security measures and protocols.
• Risk Management: Identifying potential security risks and developing mitigation strategies. Conducting risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Communication: Acting as a liaison between different departments, stakeholders, and external partners. Ensuring clear communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.
• Documentation: Maintaining detailed records of project progress, security incidents, and compliance reports. Creating documentation for security protocols and procedures.
• Training and Awareness: Coordinating security training programs for employees. Promoting security awareness within the organization.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Continuously monitoring security systems and processes. Evaluating the effectiveness of security measures and making recommendations for improvements.
• Compliance: Ensuring that all security projects comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Bilingual – English & French written and spoken

IT Proficient:

• Good Knowledge of Project Management principles.
• Knows the functioning of network components (Access Points, Next Generation Firewalls, Endpoints, Servers etc.
• Good knowledge on security and network technologies (Checkpoint, Fortigate, Palo Alto, Aruba, Cisco, Juniper, VeloCloud, AWS), proxy, reverse proxy, Antivirus, Load balancers, VPN etc.
• Conversant with MS Office Software Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook etc.

Education and experience

With a bachelor’s degree (Bac+2/3), you have a minimum of 2 years of project management experience or security or similar

ITIL V3 or V4, PMP, Agile Certification will be an advantage

You have previously worked in environments using ITIL, PMP, or similar project methodologies.

You have expertise in cybersecurity and/or industrial sectors, with familiarity in industrial communication protocols and terminology.

You have communication abilities and capacity for strategic thinking empower you to effectively manage recurring projects. Your autonomy enables you to devise solutions for non-standard situations.
