Key Responsibilities

• Major and Critical Cloud Incident.
• Problem  Management
• Change Management
• Patch & Release Management on Cloud Management/Windows/Linux Infra
• Capacity Management for Cloud Servers
• Knowledge management (KEDB)
• High Level and Low Level Design Document preperation capability as part of Solution Consultant / Technical Architect engagements for Cloud Infrastracture.
• Documentation and Reporting for Cloud infra
• Vendor Management to deal with technical faults and issues on Cloud setup.

Technical Operational Role: Maintain and Manage GSDC Private cloud infrastructure ( Azure and VMWare) and ensure to deliver services as per defined SLA and device availability.

• Effective handling of User/Technical Escalations
• Ensure Service Delivery as per agreed  SLA and availability
• Troubleshoot High Severity incidents, problems  & provide proper RCA for all incidents
• Root cause analysis and Preventive maintenance
• Participate in Change management, assess Risk and Impact, and implementation a plan
• Mentor & Hand first-line support for the Cloud team and enhance their performance
• Take initiatives in learning, certifications & evaluating  new  Technology & Tools
• MIS customer report preparation on the technology part
• Work & Drive OEM for the escalated tickets 
• Driving Technical Knowledge Transfers & awareness sessions on best practices within the team
