Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain storage infrastructure, including SAN, NAS, and cloud storage solutions.
• Monitor storage performance and capacity to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
• Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies to protect data and ensure business continuity.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to design and implement storage solutions that meet business requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve storage-related issues in a timely manner.
• Evaluate new storage technologies and make recommendations for implementation.
• Create and maintain documentation related to storage infrastructure and processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Experience with storage technologies such as EMC, NetApp, Dell EMC, etc.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., EMC Proven Professional, NetApp Certified Data Administrator) are a plus.
• Fair knowledge of Vmware suite.

Any OEM certificaition in stoarge box like HP, Netapp, IBM , HItachi.
