About the role

1. Management & technical activities for the NORF team.
2. Planning and enhancing team capabilities.
3. Using various techniques to enhance the effectiveness of the overall team and ensure morale is high
4. Creating & maintaining processes to enhance the way of work and interlocks with different entities within the organization.
5. Ensuring accurate and timely administration for the team i.e. reporting discipline, revenue achievements timesheets, vacations, sick leaves and whereabouts etc.
6. Conducting regular skills assessment for team members and take the necessary actions to address skill/competency gaps and career planning.
7. Allocating appropriate resources to projects and forecasting resource requirements to management.
8. Ensure load balancing between the team members
9. Motivate teams to deliver best in class quality services to our customers and driving towards excellence in customer satisfaction.
10. Ensure appropriate levels of monitoring of all resources and performance are set.
11. Develop technical skills and competency of resources to match both current and future customer delivery requirements. 
12. Act as management escalation contact for customer/stakeholder queries.
13. Develop strong relationship with the main stakeholders and customers.
14. Analyzes and reviews service delivery performance against the KPIs.
15. Agree and initiate appropriate actions to maintain and improve performance.
16. Manage Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP) and crisis situations whenever applicable.
17. Undertake any other reasonable and professional task as required.
18. On-Call assumption and Stand-by may be required 

About you

Skill Profile:

- Bachelor’s degree in telecommunications or Computer Engineering
- Strong background of network services (certified CCNA,CCNP)
- Business & management studies (Service/Operation management, project management, process lean management, ITIL Foundation, etc...) are a plus.
- At least 4-5 years of management/leadership experience.
- Knowledge of problem management concepts & tools
- Strong analytical and continual improvement skills
- Profound social intelligence and people management skills
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Outstanding Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and deal with multiple tasks.
- Creativity and problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent decision making skills.
- Excellent Managerial and leadership skills.
- Result oriented.
- Hands-on experience in Performance review, evaluation, putting development plans, and motivating team players is preferable.
- Team Building Skills.
- Delegation Skills - Coaching skills.
- Business and Report Writing.
- Interviewing Skills
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Excellent knowledge of Orange services portfolio and IT systems.
- Excellent knowledge of the Service Operation processes and organization
