• Conduct technical analysis, prepare technical requirements and design software systems to fulfill project requirements.
• Deliver clean, good quality maintainable code as a full stack developer and perform unit testing to ensure software quality.
• Diagnose software issues and defects, providing timely resolutions and enhancements.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and refine software solutions.
• Should participate in application evolution by contributing technical enhancement to the applications.
• Should provide third level support to production issues from assigned application within defined SLA.
• Should develop business as well as technical knowledge on the applications.
• Should participate in project review meetings as and when required.
• Provide support during UAT and use defect tracking system to follow resolution of defects.
• Manage software deployment processes via CI/CD pipelines for efficient and reliable releases.

Knowledge and Abilities:

• Good written and verbal communication skills, fluent English.

Education, Qualifications and Certifications:  B.E., B.Tech., MCA, M.Sc. (Computer Science) or equivalent.

Experience:  Minimum 5 years’ experience in software development.

Technical Competencies:

• Proficient in Java and Spring, with hands-on experience in Spring Boot and REST API development.
• Database management using Postgres SQL. 
• Competence in JSP, JavaScript, Liquibase, CI/CD practices, Docker, Microservices architecture. Hibernate, Wildfly server, and TypeScript is also required. 
• Experience with additional programming languages, cloud technologies, or software development frameworks would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with version control using Git.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum and JIRA and experience in team leadership roles.
• Modify code to resolve existing defects in the production system.
• Assist in technical, functional planning, analysis, development, and testing activities during the development cycle and provide input to tools, standards, templates, code reviews, and methodology.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and capability to propose new solutions to business problem.
  Ability to build up good user ergonomics based on new technologies like Web 2.0, DevOps etc.
• Work as individual contributor and will be end-to-end responsible for entire rollout (using Jenkins, Ansible).
