You manage the deployment of customer orders in accordance with the contractual commitments made to the customer

• Organize the timely deployment according to Orange project methodologies.
• Coordinate the various internal and external actors (Client, Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Service providers, ...).
• Ensure high quality customer relationship (Listening and Communication).
• Ensure reporting to the client and to management.
• Participate with PreSales teams to offer presentation to Customers, and provide technical expertise. You participate in capitalization and continuous improvement actions.
• Organize order tracking review meetings.
• participate on the integrity of databases.
• Participate in internal workshops.

Languages : Fluent French is required (min C1 lvl), Fluent English is required (min B2 lvl)
