About the role

 

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT Asset Management Lead to lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of IT hardware and software assets across on-premise, private, and public environments and organizations.  

The ideal candidate will be Microsoft Azure AZ-104 certified, ITAM certified, and possess deep expertise in asset management platforms such as Flexera One and ServiceNow ITAM. Strong skills in Power BI reporting are essential. This role will play a key part in ensuring inventory accuracy, audit readiness, and close collaboration with procurement, finance, and IT operations teams. 

  • End-to-end lifecycle of hardware assets deployed across our remote data centers and Azure cloud & VMWare Pvt Cloud infrastructure.
  • Maintain and update a complete inventory of all IT Assets—including servers, endpoints, storage, networking devices, and infrastructure components across on-prem, private, and public cloud environments. 
  • Utilize Azure tools (e.g., Azure Arc, Azure Monitor, Azure Resource Graph) for hybrid and public cloud asset tracking.
  • Monitor asset statuses via integration tools and cloud-native capabilities (e.g., Azure Arc). 
  • Coordinate with data center teams, Hosting Zone, and Infra teams for asset updates, onboarding, or decommissioning.
  • Create and automate asset dashboards using Power BI to provide visibility into utilization, lifecycle status, aging hardware, and compliance gaps.
  • partner with IT operations, service desk, and infrastructure teams to track deployments, returns, and break-fix replacements.
  • Continuously enhance SAM policies, workflows, and operational best practices. 
  • Build and maintain dashboards and audit-ready reports using Power BI. 
  • Ensure data accuracy in ITAM tools; flag and resolve anomalies proactively. 

 

 

About you

Required Qualifications: 

  • 8–10 years of hands-on experience in IT Asset Management in large-scale or multi-cloud enterprise environments. 
  • Expertise with Flexera One / ServiceNow ITAM platforms. 
  • Microsoft Azure AZ-104 Certification – with proven experience managing assets in hybrid/public cloud infrastructure. 
  • Certified in ITAM (e.g., CHAMP, CITAM, CSAM). 
  • Proficient in Power BI – capable of creating insightful, automated asset reports and dashboards. 
  • Strong understanding of asset lifecycle processes, CMDB structures, and discovery/inventory integrations. 
  • Experience working across sourcing, procurement, finance, IT operations, and service delivery teams. 
  • Ability to manage hardware assets in both traditional datacenters and cloud-native environments. 
  • Ensure data accuracy in ITAM tools; flag and resolve anomalies proactively. 
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of IT hardware (servers, network devices, etc.) located in remote data centers. 

 Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Knowledge of ITIL practices, particularly around Service Asset and Configuration Management (SACM). 
  • Familiarity with hardware depreciation, warranty tracking, and contract/license alignment. 
  • Experience integrating asset data with ITSM, procurement, and financial systems.
