Job Description

Mission

  • The primary mission of the Network Service Implementation Project Manager is to streamline the deployment of network services that align with the organization’s vision. Key objectives include enhancing service quality, optimizing costs, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering collaborative relationships that contribute to organizational growth and customer satisfaction.

Main activities

  • Responsible for overseeing projects initiated for network optimization, organic growth, or the introduction of new technology. Manage procurement, logistics, deliveries, and customs processes in collaboration with concerned entities. Prepare comprehensive handover documentation of completed projects for operational teams. Validate and process circuit orders while ensuring timely project completion. Collaborate with the Global Delivery Organization (GDO) on customer requests to implement advantageous projects in terms of quality and cost. Lead large projects, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders, and provide necessary support to Cluster and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) activities.

  • Essential primary skills for this role include expertise in Project Management methodologies, strong Problem Solving capabilities, a deep Customer Focus, proficiency in Network and Infrastructure management, effective Negotiation skills, and excellent Organizational capabilities to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Preferred Skills:
  • Preferred skills encompass Technical Expertise in Cisco, Juniper, Voice, and advanced Networking technologies such as MPLS VPN, BGP, SDN, and Cloud solutions. Additionally, Soft Skills such as proficiency in Project Management frameworks, Agile/SCRUM methodologies, effective Presentation skills, and strong Organization skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese are highly valued.
