About the role

 

The Contract Control Assurance Coordinator Supports the Head of Finance of Europe to deliver finance objectives via regular assurance over quality of Controlling of key Customer contracts.

Requires good understanding of structure, scope, terms and conditions of relevant Contracts of Region identifying key elements to follow from Pre-ales to Post-Sales phases in order to maximize value creation. 

Reports to the Head of Finance of Europe.

Areas of responsibility

The Contract Control Assurance Coordinator is diverse and challenging role which includes:

  • In cooperation with Head of Finance and Head of CBM define Contract Control assurance strategy with objective to improvement of relevance and reliability of key data sets used for billing, Inventory management, costs allocations, actual profitability and financial projections YoY and vs Business case and budget
  • In cooperation with Cluster controllers Identify key Customers / Contracts to be subject of Contract Control Assurance
  • For tor Each key Contract / Customer define relevant Contract Control Assurance scenario
  • Coordinate execution of Contract  Control Assurance activities for defined Customers /  Accounts
  • Report regularly and ad hoc status and progress on Contract Control Assurance activities of Europe
  • Propose actions to improve Contract Control maturity within Europe region

base salary from 1 640 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.

About you

 

Qualifications / Experience

  • Education: accountant or MBA or CPA with financial specialism or IT/Telco Engineer
  • At least 10 years of work experience in financial or operational roles close to finance, in Telco industry is advantage
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management
  • Ability to learn, flexibility, creativity: good business and management skills
  • Good team player, with ability to act as individual practitioner

Fluent professional in English is requested, French is a plus.
