We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Architect to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of our network monitoring and observability platforms, with a primary focus on SolarWinds. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in network monitoring technologies, SQL databases, API integrations, and SNMP monitoring, and will drive scalable, secure, and reliable monitoring solutions for our global infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and maintain enterprise-grade network monitoring solutions using SolarWinds.
• Develop and optimize custom SQL queries, reports, and dashboards for monitoring, analytics, and incident resolution.
• Design and implement API integrations between SolarWinds and other enterprise platforms (e.g., ITSM, CMDB, automation tools).
• Configure, manage, and enhance SNMP-based monitoring for network devices, servers, and applications.
• Define standards, best practices, and governance for network monitoring architecture.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to junior engineers and monitoring specialists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (network, systems, cloud, DevOps, security) to ensure end-to-end visibility and observability.
• Conduct capacity planning, performance tuning, and scalability assessments for monitoring infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with IT security, regulatory, and operational policies.
