Overview
We are looking for an AI Solutions Lead Developer to design and implement intelligent solutions using AI/ML models and APIs. The role focuses on applying pre-trained models and generative AI platforms to solve business challenges, integrate into products, and improve workflows—without the need to build models from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify opportunities to apply AI models (e.g., LLMs, NLP, computer vision, recommendation systems) to business use cases.
• Integrate existing AI/ML models and APIs into applications and workflows.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies, fine-tune usage, and optimize model outputs for specific business needs.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-powered features.
• Build prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and scalable AI-driven solutions.
• Ensure compliance, data privacy, and responsible use of AI technologies.
• Stay updated on emerging AI tools and frameworks to continuously improve solution design.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong programming/scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, or equivalent).
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, and AI service integrations.
• Understanding of Generative AI, NLP, and related technologies.
• Ability to design workflows and applications that leverage pre-trained AI models.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps practices.
