Main activities

• Lead the design and implementation of GenAI architecture and software architecture for advanced AI solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain robust AI product management processes.
• Stay updated with the latest AI advancements and incorporate new techniques into projects.
• Define the vision, goals, and roadmap for Gen AI projects aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate AI engineers, data scientists, and other team members.
• Design, develop, and optimize generative AI models for various applications.
• Continuously evaluate AI models in production and implement improvements.
• Work closely with product managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
• Maintain clear documentation of models, processes, and best practices.

• Define and provide the technical framework for new projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
