• Manage the roadmap, with a strong focus on business value delivery and budget optimization.
• Ensure weekly monitoring of activities.
• Participate in decision-making bodies such as steering committees.
• Take charge of progress and completion of the different implementation phases.
• Supervise the various stakeholders involved in the projects.
• Report and raise alerts regarding production, planning, organization, and team members.
• Ensure the quality of deliverables.
• Communicate on project progress.
• Identify and analyze new needs to propose solutions without impacting existing commitments.
• Oversee project teams, identify HR alerts, conduct evaluations, and communicate training needs.

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Software Engineering or a related field.
• Significant experience in IT project management.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to drive change.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to lead and unite a team around common objectives.
• Capacity to support highly autonomous team members.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
• Extensive experience in client relationship management.
• Ability to simplify and communicate complex technical issues.
