This role requires deep expertise in network technology, data management, project management, and advanced data analytics tools, combined with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

 

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Data & Network Infrastructure expert to lead our organization’s strategic transformation programs (COPPER to FIBER migrations & Portfolio Simplification programs). 

The Data & Network Infrastructure expert will be responsible for defining the vision, overseeing the planning and execution, and ensuring the successful migration and modernization of our network architecture. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for the organization’s copper-to-fiber migration (Canopee Business program), aligning with business objectives and future growth plans to facilitate strategic decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, data analytics, project management, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Oversee the design, planning, and implementation of fiber optic network infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.
• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle, including scope, schedule, resources, and risk management to implement analytic tools developments and automations according to the needs for the Canopee and Simplification programs to improve their efficiency and profitability
• Leverage SQL and Dataiku to support data integration, analytics, and decision-making processes related to network performance and migration.
• Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices for network security, data integrity, and compliance.
• Drive innovation in network architecture and data analytics, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance organizational capabilities.
• Provide executive-level reporting on project progress, risks, and key performance indicators.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, technical excellence, and proactive risk management.
• Represent the organization in industry forums, vendor negotiations, and strategic partnerships related to network infrastructure and data analytics.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Data Science, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
• 10+ years of Project Management experience in a technical environment (network engineering, infrastructure management, or related roles.)
• Proven track record of leading large-scale network transformation projects, country wise, portfolio wise.
• Strong project management skills, with experience in managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Deep understanding of network protocols, copper technologies, fiber optic technologies, data management, and cybersecurity.
• Compulsory to have Network automation using python scripting and PowerBI visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with Dataiku or similar data analytics platforms.
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong communication and executive presentation abilities.
• Industry-recognized certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP/CCIE, PMP, Data Science/Data Analytics certifications) are a plus.
