The Occupational Health and Safety Officer will be responsible for providing expert health and safety guidance across OB, the B2B division of Orange Group. This division operates in over 60 countries, with more than 150 locations and a workforce of over 18,000 employees.

The successful candidate will enhance performance by deploying health and safety management systems, including ISO 45001, as well as adhering to current standards and legislation. The candidate will play a key role in supporting the delivery and maintenance of a health and safety change program aimed at fostering a positive safety culture throughout the organization. Additionally, he/she will ensure the timely execution of related health and safety management action plans and operational initiatives.

The role involves contributing to consistent health and safety training delivery, identifying and addressing significant issues, and providing personal support to the OH&S Central Team. This support will help promote a positive safety culture, ensure legislative compliance, pursue best practices, and achieve strategic objectives across the company's global operations.

Furthermore, the officer will assist in managing and coordinating relevant third-party service providers and will work closely with the six Regional Heads of Workplace Experience on health and safety matters.

The position reports to the Regional Head of Workplace Experience / Process Lead for Occupational Health & Safety and Environment, with a dotted line to the OH&S Manager.

• Managing incident investigations and reporting
• Delivering health and safety training

Base salary from 1 680 € brutto per month, actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience.
