About the role

Order to Cash

 

  • Accountable for the overall Order to Cash operations from end to end (Billing, Claims, Collection Support, Customer Support, Change Management Support, Revenue Assurance) to achieve high levels of client satisfaction for low touch account. 
  • Billing issues resolution, Revenue push and AR resolution to meet DSO.
  • Assist to define and follow-up of corrective actions to recover from low performance (quality, lead time, etc.)
  • Escalation level for resolution of high impact disputes and the issuance of billing credits
  • Communicate timely to all stakeholders and provide regular reporting.
  • Manage internal and client stakeholder expectations.
  • Contribute to bids/extensions to ensure compliance of commitments made. 
  • Follow up on PB, order closure, disconnects, orders on hold.
  • Define process to capture backbilling on time by identifying which orders have expired on target delivery and will implement a Dashboard to share with Business Unit Directors and Program Directors and alert them of revenue leakage. 

About you

education, qualifications, and certifications

  • University degree in business (or equivalent experience) 

experience

  • 3 plus years demonstrated competence in management of billing and finance solutions.
  • experience in working in an international environment. 
  • experience working within different organizations and ability to communicate effectively among various teams with differing objectives.

  • Pragmatic problem solver with ability to analyze problems from multiple perspectives and leading to a resolution by engaging the appropriate resources. 
  • ability to engage and partner with customer and internal staff / senior management as required.
  • Knowledge of Order to cash methodologies (predictive hybrid and Agile), tools, and techniques.
  • Time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
  • Commitment to accomplish work in an ethical, efficient and cost-effective manner
  • Proficiency in using excel files 
  • Good understanding of budgeting, financial reporting, and resource allocation.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey information and expresses thoughts and facts
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
  • ability to adapt and perform in different organizational cultures and to work in multinational / international environments. 
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and managing competing priorities.
