About the role

You will join Orange Business, specifically within the Sales Technology division of Orange Business IT. This entity is dedicated to driving innovation and excellence in technology solutions for Orange Business globally. Reporting to the VP Sales Motion Technology, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on shaping and designing the pre-sales area in IT, ensuring strong integration with CRM, CLM, and marketing tools to support business growth and customer engagement.<br>Key missions include:<br>•    You will lead the consolidation and development of the pre-sales area within Orange Business IT, shaping its strategy and operations.<br>•    You will build the architectural vision for the pre-sales area, consolidating business needs to deliver the best tooling and experience adapted to those needs.<br>•    You will ensure strong interlinking of pre-sales activities with CRM, CLM, and marketing tooling to optimize customer engagement and sales effectiveness.<br>•    You will collaborate closely with international stakeholders with Orange Business<br>•    You will leverage your functional knowledge, business acumen, and technical expertise to drive market solution adoption and enhance pre-sales delivery.<br>•    You will manage and coordinate cross-functional projects to improve IT capabilities and support pre sales performance</p>In this role, you will have the opportunity to deepen your expertise in pre-sales strategy and tooling, enhance your program management capabilities, and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge AI technologies. You will also develop your leadership and stakeholder management skills by working closely with international teams and executive-level stakeholders, broadening your business acumen and strategic vision in a global context
 

About you

Potential Candidate should be  </p>•    Demonstrating strong expertise in pre sales systems, B2B telecom, and IT leadership, with a solid track record in managing large-scale transformation programs<br>•    Strong knowledge of AI powered pre sales capabilities and tooling within the industry <br>•    Experience in program management methodologies<br>•    Applying Agile and ITIL practices while managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, and overseeing strategic budgets<br>•    Navigating complex organizations and fostering cross-functional collaboration at international scale<br>•    Ability to design and implement an IT vision <br>•    Communicating effectively in English and engaging global developer communities<br>•    Understanding ODI architecture, TMF eTOM framework, and Open API standards to ensure interoperability and future-ready design<br>•    Holding a Bachelor's degree in Telecom, Computer Science, IT, or a related field — with a Master’s in Business or Engineering preferred</p>•    Accumulating 5+ years of experience in the telecom industry, including working with cross-location teams<br>•    Leading executive stakeholder engagement and budget ownership for at least 3 years<br><br> </p></p>
