About the role

The Orange Cyberdefense France International Business Development (BizDev) team is looking for an Inside Sales professional to support its international sales activities and manage requests involving various stakeholders, including Orange Business International teams, distributors, and other partners.

The Inside Sales will bring expertise in the following areas:

  • Calculating transport costs using the existing matrix with our carriers.
  • Creating and following up on requests to local distributors.
  • Commercial follow-up of catalog requests from recurring customers.
  • Participating in follow-up meetings with Orange Sales Teams and customers.

The International BizDev team collaborates closely with the International Orange Business (OB) teams responsible for quotations and purchase order management. In this context, the Inside Sales will also handle:

  • Creation, monitoring, and follow-up of administrative tasks.
  • Management of local-to-local requests with OB.
  • Coordination with OS teams (IS delivery chain) and Procurement teams responsible for billing.

The mission is structured in three phases:

  • Understanding how the OCD team manages its customers.
  • Becoming an active contributor within the OB “Quote to Bill” supply chain.
  • Adapting requests and inquiries to OB colleagues, primarily located in India.

The Inside Sales will be fully supported by the International BizDev team to gain a comprehensive understanding of the International OB ecosystem and its stakeholders, which differ from those of OCD.

About you

Essential Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including strong knowledge of formulas and variables.
  • Autonomous, curious, and open-minded, with initiative-taking ability, rigor, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • This position is open to both juniors (entry-level) and seniors (experienced professionals).
  • A good understanding of cybersecurity solutions and the ecosystem (vendors, distributors, etc.) is highly appreciated.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Business or a related field.
  • Ideally, 2–3 years of experience in selling cybersecurity solutions; however, entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
  • Familiarity with technical vocabulary is a plus.

Behavioral Skills:

  • Empathy, curiosity, rigor, and strong organizational skills.

Languages:

  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
