We are looking for experienced Order management technical lead with telecom domain expertise to join our team, and onboard in the Newco program, an exciting project to enhance Orange Business operational efficiency and customer experience, by delivering a greenfield OSS/BSS IT stack.

This position is part of Orange Business's Digital Technology entity, where innovation and technological excellence are at the heart of everything we do. Within the Newco Engineering team, you will take a technical lead role in Service and Resource order orchestration and inventory, engaging in a core technical and hands-on capacity 

Responsibilities:

• Lead Technical implementation to underpin the IT solution for business capabilities.
• Owning the technical roadmap for the squads
• Technical thought leadership across the squads to drive continuous improvements.
• Ensure engineering best practices on the platform
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for proposed solutions
• You will engage in cross-team collaborations to foster knowledge sharing and align technical efforts across the organization.
• You will participate in innovation projects aimed at enhancing the orchestration platform and exploring new technologies to improve service delivery.

About you:

• 12 + years of IT experience and 7+ years of relevant exp
• Hands-on experience in Java/Python/BPMN 
• Preferred experience in any order management and activation tools, Eg: Ciena Blue Planet, Pega, Cramer
• Good to have knowledge and practice of TMF OpenAPI implementations.
• Familiarity with Orchestration and workflow tools and technologies
• Experience with SAFe methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience in inventory based tools
