About the role
- The application of Security Expertise to assist our customers in implementing valuable security measures on their IT infrastructure.
- Respond on Network and Security alerts discovered via alerting tools and take the necessary actions to limit operational impact towards our customers.
- Define and implement new Security Services which we can offer to our customers to assist in alleviating potential risks on their IT infrastructure.
- Define high-level Security Policies together with our customers and implement it throughout the complete IT chain at the customer.
- Triage Security events and provide forensic analysis to our customers (and legal entities)
- Conduct Security audits on the customers environment.
- Collaborate with the groups' Security experts to align our Security efforts with the Orange Business.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-oriented field or equivalent by experience.
- 4 to 7 years of experience in network and security-oriented positions giving support and/or performing installations of networking/security environments.
- Independent, problem-solver, result-oriented.
- Expertise looked for: Palo Alto (FW, Prisma), Fortinet, Check Point, Azure, AWS.
- Knowledge of other Firewall/Security vendors is a plus: Cisco (ASA/Firepower), Pulse Secure, F5, Zscaler…
- Certification is a plus (e.g. Vendors or ITIL, Security+, …)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to configure, implement or perform change management on large and multiple security environments.
- Inter-discipline coordination and overall quality control of the work: analysis, design skills, project management, procedures, process improvement, high technical understanding, documentation skills, supervision.
- You show good time management and an organized mindset.
- Cross-cultural awareness and comfortable in a matrix management environment
