As the Tm TSC Manager, you will be the vital link in our project's communication chain, ensuring proactive engagement with stakeholders during critical phases and driving the successful delivery of our solutions.
• Manage communication with all functions involved in the service delivery chain, promoting transparency and collaboration.
• Proactively engage with stakeholders during the Pilot phase to gather requirements for Pilot delivery.
• Oversee internal team communications to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders during the Pilot delivery phase, addressing risks and potential delays swiftly.
• Prioritize orders and ensure that critical timelines are respected during the delivery phase.
• Develop and manage project-level delivery plans, overseeing all aspects until the last site delivery.
• Collaborate with the TSC team to address all technical, project, and process-related challenges, liaising with relevant stakeholders.
You are a seasoned professional with a robust technical understanding of the telecommunications industry and are well-versed in the capabilities of Orange Business Services. With at least 8-12 years of experience, including 2-3 years in people management, you excel in guiding teams through complex projects while effectively communicating with a range of stakeholders.
