The Senior Cluster Manager role is a unique mixture of technical, business, and financial responsibilities operating in an AGILE environment driven by empowerment, autonomy, experimentation, transparency, cooperation, adaptation, and flexibility.
In your capacity as cluster Manager you will be accountable for the delivery of the Cluster strategy – including end to end execution of initiatives triggered for optimization, organic growth and scalability of the global enterprise network. With stellar program management skills, your orchestration shall be as efficient as possible to align the direction of the cluster with the overall GEN strategy for maximum benefit to OBS and its customers. You will have a can-do attitude, strong quality orientation, and cost awareness – all initiatives supported are of an international scope and require a very high level of efficiency, cultural awareness and solid knowledge of networking technologies.
This role requires in depth data analysis, stakeholder management, direction, coordination and evaluation of projects and reporting.Accountabilities:You bring a can-do attitude, tackle challenges head-on and challenge the status quo with new and innovative ideas.
