As a Service Management Architect within the Solutions division of Orange Business, you will be pivotal in shaping the solutions that meet our clients' needs, playing a key role in the bid process while advocating for innovative service design that optimally balances budget and requirements.
• Accountable for the end-to-end solution design for all opportunities within the region, directly influencing the bid process.
• Guide the Pre-Sales and Bid pursuit cycle by qualifying, designing, and costing solutions that fulfill customer requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate feedback and deliver comprehensive and innovative solutions.
• Ensure adherence to defined processes and timelines for effective solution delivery.
• Conduct presentations to stakeholders, advocating for proposed solutions and addressing any concerns that arise.
You are a seasoned professional with a proven track record in customer-facing roles and a strong ability to present and advocate for solutions to both sales teams and clients. With experience as a Solution Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager in the IT and Telecom industry, you excel in driving solution design cycles while effectively navigating multiple stakeholders under tight deadlines. Your customer-centric mindset and remarkable business acumen enable you to deliver outstanding results with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrated experience in customer engagement and the ability to articulate solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Expertise in driving the solution design cycle while managing various stakeholders globally.

• Extensive knowledge of service management concepts and tools in the IT and Telecom sectors.
