The Egypt Regional Learning Partner for the region has overall responsibility to co-create a valuable learning experience for their assigned country and effective handling of assigned global projects as per the Global L&D strategy.
The role contributes to business by escorting business leaders in the country, region and globally in their different missions by providing the right solution at the right time.
He or she is responsible for the country’s learning plan development, deployment and the integration of the country into the global L&D programs and takes responsibility of assigned missions inside the regional L&D Team.
