About the role

  • Drive the sale of Orange Data solutions to carrier and wholesale customers across Mexico and LATAM regions.
  • Focus on penetrating new customer organizations by leveraging existing contacts and establishing new relationships.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end operational implementation of contracts, from negotiation through to full service deployment.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue and margin targets within assigned regions and accounts.
  • Contribute to the development of strategic sales plans tailored to target markets, collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product management and marketing to position Orange competitively.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers on all sales-related activities, from opportunity identification to contract finalization.
  • Manage all aspects of the sales cycle, including proposal development, contract negotiations, internal and external communication regarding provisioning status, and post-installation customer support.
  • Identify market opportunities by creating compelling value propositions and building a robust pipeline that translates into substantial business growth for Orange.
  • Collaborate with marketing, technical teams, and partners to develop and deliver initial service offerings for new opportunities.
  • Present Orange’s vision and strategic initiatives to clients, aligning market opportunities with customer business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and procedures related to opportunity reporting, proposal and quote development, contracting, and order management.
  • Adhere to all control activities mandated by Sarbanes-Oxley regulations, including segregation of duties for purchases and sales.
  • Provide tactical feedback on market trends, customer demands, and competitive intelligence to support product development and enhancements.
  • Prepare and present reports on project progress, market development initiatives, and strategic insights.
  • Deliver regular (minimum monthly) updates to Orange management on regional market trends, customer activities, and competitive landscape.
  • Provide immediate alerts to management regarding customer or competitor initiatives that could impact Orange’s current or future business.
  • Identify and foster technology and business partnerships that create new opportunities or expand Orange’s footprint within strategic accounts.

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of sales experience in the Data wholesale market.
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Spanish and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and standard PC applications.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to propose innovative initiatives to enhance business performance.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly.
