About the role

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced On-Site Support Owner to oversee local IT support operations across multiple countries and sites. This role focuses on managing the partner responsible for delivering on-site technical support, ensuring high-quality service, operational efficiency, and adherence to governance standards in diverse geographical locations.

About you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies for on-site support across multiple countries and sites, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and ITIL best practices.
  • Manage the partner’s local support teams, ensuring timely incident resolution, request fulfillment, and proactive maintenance.
  • Coordinate support activities at various physical locations, including resource planning, scheduling, and escalation management.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, standards, and contractual obligations.
  • Monitor performance metrics, conduct regular reviews, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Apply Agile practices to optimize workflows, improve responsiveness, and enhance service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand site-specific needs and ensure consistent support delivery.
  • Generate reports on operational performance, issues, and improvement plans.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience managing local IT support operations across multiple countries or regions.
  • Experience managing support vendors or partner teams at multiple sites.
  • Strong project management and Agile methodology skills.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus.
  • Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Agile certifications are preferred.
