Purpose:
This position is set for Process & Customer service director (inside Satellite Factory).
Role includes accountability in process and Customer Service management and transversal management of Satellite Factory team based in Cairo. The owner works with divisions’ GPO’s (mainly for OB but also Orange Wholesale) and internal Satellite teams to adapt, build processes, and ensure highest level practices in the teams. As Customer Service Director, you are responsible to ensure excellence of Satellite Customer Service Management. The role includes accountability in operationalization of new Satellite Managed services Build and Run. In this position, the owner will lead as well key Satellite transversal projects and activities.
